AMAZON WEB SERVICES (AWS):
AWS uses a pay-as-you-go pricing model for over 160 cloud services
With AWS you pay only for what you use like in our day-to-day lives we pay only for the amount of water we use similarly with AWS. There are no extra costs and payment is to be made according to usage. FOR EXAMPLE: If you use 100 TB of data per month you have to pay approximately USD 125.00 File gateway
fee (monthly) And Data transfer cost of 10,035.11 USD (monthly)
Other features of the AWS pricing model are
SAVE WHEN YOU COMMIT
AWS also offers Savings Plans for savings over On-Demand in exchange for a prior commitment to using a specific amount of cloud storage for a specified period. PAYLESS USE MORE
With this feature, discounts can be taken based on the volume of use. It is beneficial when we know that usage is going to increase and how to save from there.
ALIBABA OSS:
In Alibaba, OSS fees are calculated based on the amount of data storage used and the number of API requests made. Capacity costs are $0.0185per GB monthly with downstream data transfer fees starting at$0.076 per GB with free upstream. Max Compute records the volume of data stored in each project on an hourly basis and then calculates the average volume of data stored for the day. The storage fee is equal to the average volume of data stored multiplied by the unit price.
The following table describes the billing rules for data stored in a
MaxCompute project.
≤ 1 GB
> 1 GB
Free
USD 0.0006 per GB per day
For example, if the daily average data volume of a project is 10 TB, the daily storage fee is calculated by using the following formula:
(10240 – 1) GB × USD 0.0006 per GB per day
= USD 6.1434 per day
So, if we compare it to 100TB monthly the cost would be
USD 6.1434 *10(CONVERTING TO 100TB) * 30 = USD 1843.02AWS

CONCLUSION
Based on the information available about these companies, one thing can be ascertained. Even if their data centers are spread across the world to suit each country’s data laws, they have all adopted the technology of yesterday, centralized storage, which has time and again shown us its flaws regardless of innovations in the field. Regardless of how strong you make a traditional lock and key, it would never compete with the likes of an advanced home security system that uses cameras, fingerprints, and encryption to unlock itself. Similarly, regardless of how advanced we make traditional centralized storage solutions, it would never compete with the likes of the future of storage, which is decentralized.
